| A: | You can use your email in numerous email programs. Some examples are Outlook Express version 5.0 or higher, Microsoft Outlook version 98 or higher, or Netscape mail version 4.5 or higher. Outlook Express seems to be the best program for ease of use and function. | |

| A: | Contact technical support at 721-2000. Please allow up to 12 hours for each request to be processed and become active. | |

| A: | You can access any site or service available. Please note that some services will charge you for access. These charges will be independent of your PrairieWave bill. | |

| A: | You may send emails up to 20 MB in size. | |

| Q: | What are the requirements for my username and the password? |
| A: | Your username must be between 3 and 20 characters long. These characters must be lower case letters, numbers, or underscores "_". The first character must be a letter. Your password must be between 4 and 12 characters long. These characters must be lower case letters or numbers. No special characters are allowed in your password.
